Your login is your email address and a temporary password was sent to you by text and email. If you are having trouble login with your password, try the following: 

  1. Is there a Uppercase in Password?: The password is case sensitive, so be sure to capitalize any letter that is capitalized in the password. 
  2. Are you using the correct email address?: Confirm that you have the correct email address that was registered with your account. Press 'Forgot Password' and the password will be email to the correct password for your account. 
  3. Are you logging into the Driver app? Be sure you are logging into the correct app. The Cab Hound Driver app will indicate 'Driver' in the title. If you don't see Driver, you might have downloaded the passenger app instead. 
  4. If you aren't sure you have the right password, press the 'forgot password?' button on the app and it will be emailed to you immediately. If you continue to have problems, I can reset your password.
